My take: A good wee coffee shop right in the heart of the action, I have no idea how independent Moguls actually is but the feel to it is a great change from the starbucks global charge for domination.  The staff are all friendly and the baked goods are some of the best I have had from a coffee shop in the village.  They also have a large selection of sandwiches and wraps but I haven’t tried any of those as yet.   One word of warning the don’t accept credit or debit cards so make sure you have cash, there is a cash machine in side but as it charges you for the convenience you end up paying a fair whack more for your latte.
